Refund Policy

Refunds

At luxi Watches, we do not accept refunds.

You may exchange your item free of charge if it is damaged or if there is an error on our part.

If you wish to exchange the item for any other reason, the exchange fee is 70 MAD (round-trip shipping).

The exchange request must be made within 48 hours after receiving your order.

After this period, no exchanges will be accepted, even in the case of an error on our part.
